Ijeoma Okonkwo-Chime
Ijeoma Okonkwo-Chime is an instructional designer, multilingual language educator, and the Founder of Siloam Expressions, a language education institution dedicated to helping learners achieve French proficiency for immigration, academic, and professional success in Canada. She specializes in designing transformative learning experiences that combine sound pedagogy, technology, and practical language application.
She holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree in French and German from the University of Nigeria, a Master’s degree in African and Caribbean Literature from the University of Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in French Studies from the University of Lyon, France. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Education, focusing on Languages, Cultures, and Literacies in French, with research exploring technology-enhanced language learning and learner interaction in virtual environments.
Passionate about educational innovation, Ijeoma develops high-impact French language programs, instructional resources, and AI-enhanced learning solutions that empower students to build confidence, communicate effectively, and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through Siloam Expressions, she continues to equip learners from diverse backgrounds with the skills and support needed to succeed in an increasingly multilingual world.
